How much space does Luna Belle need at my event?

Luna Belle is not a small trailer. She is 18’ long, 8’ wide, and 8’2” tall. So getting her in and out of a specific location does take a significant amount of space. For a comfortable set up she needs a spot 25’ long and at least 12’ wide. Luna Belle cannot be pushed or pulled into a spot. A proper tow vehicle must have room to maneuver her into place. Outdoors is best. If you do not have an area large enough - the street will work too. Luna will not fit under standard residential garage doors.

Does Luna need water and/or electrical hook ups?

No, they are not required. However, she is most efficient with a standard household plug.. A generator is available if electrical outlet is not an option. This is included at no additional cost. A water source is preferable but not required. A simple hose bib connection is ideal.

What if my event has over 150 guests?

Well that’s an event we would like to be at! We feel the more the merrier. Just let us know your head count as it will determine the amount of help we need to bring. We wouldn’t want your guest waiting in long lines for cocktail hour.

Do you provide the alcohol?

We do not include alcohol. The State of Michigan prohibits us from purchasing alcohol for your event. We cannot accept any payment for alcohol either. Purchasing alcohol must be done by you separately. You or your caterer provide the alcohol and we will take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way though. From planning how much to buy, to a suggested shopping list, and we can even coordinate the purchase with your preferred vendor. Coordination of this service is included in all our packages at no additional cost.

What about bad weather, is there a back up plan?

Unfortunately no one can predict the weather. Especially Michigan weather. Unless your venue has a large garage, barn, or building - it’s ok if Luna Belle is exposed to the weather. Your guests, on the other hand, may not enjoy it much. Rented tents are a good back up option and we can discuss specifics with you when your event date approaches.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do. In fact we don’t even charge extra for using them! Most places charge 3% or more for the convenience. But not here. We don’t like to be “nickel & dime’d” either.

How do you keep all the drinks cold?

Cold drinks are important, and making sure they stay cold in the hot Michigan Summers days is something we take seriously. All of our equipment is top of the line commercial refrigerated units, so drinks are served at frosty temperatures. Wines are served at their recommended temps too. We also bring enough ice & coolers with us to host a KISS concert. So no matter how hot the weather is for your event your drinks will stay cold!

What is the audio equipment onboard?

We know it can be a real bummer when the music stops at the end of the event. Well with Luna Belle on site it doesn’t have to! We have a bluetooth amp that drives some pretty good speakers to keep your party going. All you have to do is connect and you become the DJ. Oh, and that’s included too. No extra costs.

What is needed to book a date with you?

We require a $800 deposit and a completed contract to reserve your date. We operate on a first come, first serve basis - so best to get your booking done early. Click the red “Book Now” button at the top to see if your date is available!
